1) How are you finding the stadha? Do you use them outside of ritual contexts at all (e.g. as a daily esoteric calisthenics or the like)? My only experience was practicing the Isa stodhur in Door One of The Nine Doors of Midgard before I lapsed on that.
2) This might be "a fine theme for meditation", but I'm curious about the link between the Laguz in ALU and "The Slain Son" (whom I take to be Balder) - that's not a connection I have encountered in writing or meditation, but I've been meditating on Balder much of the past week, so it seemed synchronicitous to encounter an unfamiliar take here!
