So for Frigga/Venus, you'd just start on the second up and to the left from the bottom point and trace in green (to summon, a glowing green triangle clockwise from the Venus point, a glowing green triangle clockwise from the Mars point to make the hexagram). While you're drawing the hexagram, vibrate FRIGGA, then point to the center and vibrate GINNREGIN, then trace a glowing green arc to the next corner, doing this in each direction. You don't have to do the other hexagrams like you do with the Sunna ritual, just the Frigga hexagram. One way to make a talisman is to make a small green felt/cotton bag you can wear over your heart, and fill it with appropriate herbs, like dried Rose petals/buds for a love working, and in the opened space, move it back and forth over the incense while asking Frigga to help you with exactly what you want. Then thank her, meditate for 15 minutes or so on what you want, the energies you've invoked, etc, wrap it in silk or linen, close the temple, unwrap it, and wear it, keeping it in silk or linen whenever you do a banishing ritual so you don't disperse the energies, taking it out of silk or linen to wear it so it can raditate the energies. It'd be good to pour her out a drink before the ritual too. And to make the best of it, do it in the hour of Venus on a Friday, you can find the hours with a "planetary hours calculator" online if you don't want to do it the old fashioned way (calculating them out by hand) and can't do it right at sunrise. If you want to do it extra good, do the full hexagram ritual 6 Fridays in a row (you can divine to see if this is necessary), just opening the temple, Hexagram rituals, and meditating on what you want, hexagram rituals, close. Oh. And it'd be good to have a candle burning. White or green. I should add that to the directions.
