I am still offering free weekly rune readings. This helps me learn how to divine better, so all the payment I ask is an update on how the reading fit in with your reality!  I usually do a 3 stave reading, but have a 4 stave reading for some specific questions, and may experiment with other readings styles too.

I got Uruz, Eihwaz and Ehwaz.

Strength/power, Initiation/Odeal/Endurance, and Horse/Car/Partner/Harmony.

It looks like if you come from a place of power and strength, and take this period of time as an initiation, you should find financial harmony, a romantic partner with money, or a good business partner/team by March '22.

Thank you as always.

This week I wish to ask you about my current situation. I've had some tough years, which hopefully are turning now. My old boss is attempting to steal from his ex-employees, incl me, and I have been fighting hard for it. We made some progress, but I don't anticipate much beyond this, and I'm out of resources and allies to continue this. Overall, I am in a morose state these few days, and my health isn't supporting these intensive efforts either.

Should I pull back or keep going? I don't see any help or relief on the horizon, just a lot of struggle and pain.

Well, I asked "What does Legradian gain by pulling back, and what do they lose?" And "What does Legradian gain by continuing, and what do they lose?" And got Eihwaz, Perthro, Fehu and Sowilo.

If you pull back you gain an initiation or ordeal, and you lose a good chance/omen.

If you continue, you gain wealth but lose victory.

Not sure how that works out for you, but that's what I got.

I'm honestly not sure. Are you doing any systematic spiritual practice? Pulling back could give you more time and energy for that.

But if you keep up at it, you might not get the feeling of triumph that you might hope for, but you may get some more money.

I got Berkano, Tiwaz, and Ansuz for you. "Berkano" is growth, beginnings, woman, "Tiwaz" is the god Tyr, duty, justice, etc. "Ansuz" is the god Odin, speech, prayer, inspiration.

So, to me this means the event(s) of note come from the root of a new, fertile beginning, you've done your duty, and you will reap inspiration and communication with divinity, or an answer to your prayer.

The overall outlook is Elhaz, Sowilo and Ansuz. Elhaz/Algiz often signifies protection, Sowilo is the Sun and can symbolize Victory, Ansuz is Odin, speech, inspiration and can signify communication in general, but often specifically with the gods.

I haven't figured out how to answer "yes or no" questions with runes reliably yet, you might want to use geomancy or horary astrology for that, but from this reading it looks like she might have indeed flung one at you, but you were protected, you are in a victorious position, and you should pray and listen to what the gods tell you.

I am positive that she sent a curse my way because I felt it coming, it didn't ground probably because of daily banishing but I feel icky in a particular way. I didn't mention it because I didn't want to create bias. But I am glad the omen looks good, it was a very nasty curse. Funny the Sun comes out, since I've been praying and doing planetary workings to Apollo for the past month.

I don't know much about the runes, but by context I assume it is similar to Tarot for yes or no questions, you can't tell for sure but you have to infer from the outlook.

Yeah, similar to Tarot for me, though there are other differences. Sounds like you should keep working with Apollo then! Sowilo and Ansuz right there. Good luck!

For what it's worth, I have had some success (though not a lot of experience) using the method Thorsson outlines in Runecaster's Handbook for yes/no questions: you have a cloth marked/visualize the space the same as a "nine worlds reading", then cast the runes. You only look at the ones that land within the central "Midgard" circle (roughly 1/4-1/3 of the cloth, in the center, usually). You then count face up runes as votes for "yes" and face down runes as votes for "no". This gives you a nice crisp yes or no answer, but then you can look at which runes were face up or down to get some idea of what factors are leading to that answer.

I don't have any experience with either geomancy or horary astrology, so I don't know how it compares to them.

An update on your reading for me from a few weeks back. For reference, I asked "what do I most need to know to work out what this hidden problem/issue/challenge is?" and you responded:

In response to your question, I got Fehu, Isa and Dagaz.

To me, that means that the root of the issue has something to do with moveable wealth, money, or a certain firey initiative energy. Isa means this wealth flow or energy is getting blocked up, frozen, slowed, but the outcome is illumination; you'll understand it soon.

I have made some progress on this, though all is not yet clear. It seems to have something to do with channeling "fiery" energy in unproductive ways (too much focus on physical passions, not enough on ambition/higher-level drive). From prayer, this seems to be something I need to work out on my own through meditation and divination and plain old thinking, but your encouragement has certainly been helpful. Thanks very much!

My interpretation is that you need to look to divine inspiration for it come out right. Pray, invoke, listen, and you will gain wealth.
